Do you take fully custom orders?

Absolutely — in fact, that's primarily what we do. Every piece we build is made to order, which means we work with you from the very beginning to get the dimensions, materials, and details exactly right. If you can imagine it, we want to build it.
How long does a custom build take?

Every build is different depending on the complexity, materials, and our current project queue. Once we connect and discuss your piece, we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront so you know exactly what to expect. We never rush a build — good work takes the time it takes.
What does the deposit cover and when is the rest due?

Your deposit secures your place in our build queue and goes directly toward your final balance — it is not an additional fee. The remaining balance is due when your piece is complete and you've given your final approval. We'll never ask for full payment before your build is finished.
Do you ship or is pickup only?

We are happy to discuss delivery and shipping options on a per project basis depending on the size and scope of your piece. Reach out when you contact us and we'll work out the details that make the most sense for your build and your location.
